Hiring: Mental Health Counselor, Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

 

Summit View Counseling, located in Orem UT, is looking for counselors/ clinicians to work with us in our growing private practice. We treat individuals of various age groups from adolescents to adults who have experienced life distress and trauma that has led to anxiety, depression, addiction, and PTSD. We use an integrative model in our approach to therapy for individuals, couples, families, and group therapy.    

This position is a contractor starting as part time, and growing into full time as we get referrals.  We are looking for someone who is fully licensed, reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision. Therapy will be mainly in person, with virtual options.

Job description:

• Perform initial evaluations of client needs and develop customized treatment plans.

• Meet with clients for individual, family, or couples counseling as needed.

• Facilitate group therapy, specialized for client needs.

• Provide individuals with the resources they need to reach personal goals.

• Monitor client progress and modify their treatment plans as needed.

• Coordinate with social and medical agencies, healthcare providers and community outreach programs to provide clients with needed services.

• Complete continuing education courses to maintain state licensure and stay up-to-date on the latest practices.

 

Education: Master’s (Required)

Qualifications and required licensure: PhD, LMFT, LCSW, CMHC  

Hours: 5-40 hours per week, Contract Position

Salary: $40-$75 DOE per session
