Women's Yoga Session

This unique yoga class blends breathing and movement practices aimed at strengthening the nervous system and offering support for resilience. The gentle techniques used will invite you to explore somatic awareness to cultivate mindfulness and connection. Included meditations also create grounding and emotional balance.  Each class concludes with a soothing symphonic gong bath for relaxation and restoration.  Come be a part of this nurturing and empowering space to explore healing and self-discover at your own pace.
