Why group therapy?
Group Therapy is a gentle introduction to therapy and vulnerability in a supportive setting. You will be with other women with whom you can relate and find a source of unity, comfort and strength. You will learn healthy coping skills and process underlying causes of ongoing distress as you discuss, share and support.
